Our businesses rely on Zoom now more than ever before. As life shifts to the “new normal,” we anticipate that our reliance upon Zoom for meetings, check-ins, and networking won’t be going anywhere.

It’s with that in mind that Thomas Group has chosen to add an automatic update for Zoom to Thomas Guard.

As part of the normal updates scheduled for Saturdays at 2 AM, we will install or update your technology to the latest version of Zoom for Windows and macOS.

The installation will fail if a Zoom meeting is in progress. In these instances, the update will try again repeatedly until 6 AM.

If you do not want Zoom installed, please email us so that we can make this exception for your account.
